木工机械检验及方法

为润滑和温升在正常工作状态下评定设备，在检验时，应根据使用条件和制造厂的规定将设备空运转，使设备零部件达到适当的温度。几何精度的检验可在设备静态下或空运转后进行。当有加载规定时，应按加载规定进行。

外观检验

我国将外观检验的检验项目，木工机械分为11条，人造板机械9条，其中内容基本是相同的。

1、外观表面不应有图样为规定的凸起，凹陷，粗糙不平和其他缺陷。

2、防护罩应平整，不应翘曲，突出和凹陷。

3、零部件外露结合面的边缘应整齐，匀称，其错边量及不允称量不应超过规定。门，盖与设备的结合面应贴合，除产品标准或技术文件另有规定外，其贴合缝隙值不应大于规定。

4、外露零部件表面不应有磕碰，锈蚀，螺钉，铆钉，销子端部不得扭伤，锤伤等缺陷。

5、金属手轮轮缘和超纵手柄表面应有防锈层。

6、镀件，发蓝件，发黑件色调应一致，防护层不得有褪色，脱落现象。

7、电气，液压，润滑，冷却，调供胶盒热力系统的外露管道，应布置紧凑，排列整齐，便于操作和维修，必要时应用管夹固定。

8、外露零件未加工表面应涂以油漆。

9、各种标牌应清晰耐久，应固定在明显位置。标牌的固定位置应正确，平整牢固，不歪斜。

10、外露的焊缝应修整平直，均匀。

11、装入沉孔的螺钉不应突出零件表面，其头部与沉孔之间不应有明显的偏心，固定销一般应略突出与零件表面，螺栓尾端应略突出与螺母端面。

Visual inspection

The inspection items of the appearance inspection in China are divided into 11 woodworking machinery and 9 wood-based panel machinery, which are basically the same content.

1, the appearance of the surface should not be the design of the specified convex, concave, rough and other defects.

2, the protective cover should be flat, should not warp, protrusion and sag.

3, the edge of the exposed joint surface of the parts should be neat and symmetrical, and the wrong edge amount and non-allowable weighing should not exceed the provisions. The joint surface of the door, cover and equipment should be fitted, except as otherwise specified in the product standard or technical document, the fitting gap value should not be greater than the specified.

4, exposed parts surface should not bump, rust, screws, rivets, pin end shall not be sprained, hammer injury and other defects.

5. The surface of metal handwheel rim and vertical handle should have anti-rust layer.

6, plated parts, blue parts, black parts hue should be consistent, the protective layer must not fade, fall off phenomenon.

7. The exposed pipes of the electrical, hydraulic, lubricating, cooling, and supply rubber box thermal system should be compact, arranged neatly, easy to operate and maintain, and fixed with pipe clamps if necessary.

8. The unprocessed surface of exposed parts should be painted.

9, all kinds of signs should be clear and durable, should be fixed in an obvious position. The fixed position of the sign should be correct, smooth and firm, and not crooked.

10, the exposed weld should be trimmed straight and uniform.

11, the screw into the countersunk hole should not be prominent on the surface of the part, there should be no obvious eccentricity between the head and the countersunk hole, the fixed pin should generally be slightly prominent with the surface of the part, the bolt tail should be slightly prominent with the nut end face.
