In theory, the power of the progressive servo motor is also the output torque improvement method, by adding twice the speed of the servo motor to make the power density of the servo system improve twice, and do not need to add the driver and other control system components of the standard, that is, do not need to add the rated cost, and this needs to be distributed through the planetary reducer to achieve the purpose of progressive torque. Therefore, the development of high power servomotor is necessary to allocate the use of reducer, rather than cutting out the CNC six-sided drilling.

Improved performance:

It is understood that the improper match of the load inertia is one of the biggest reasons for the instability of the servo control, about the large load inertia, you can use the inverse square ratio of the deceleration ratio to distribute the equivalent load inertia, in order to obtain a good control response, so from this point of view, the planetary reducer for the servo use of the control response match

Add equipment service life:

The planetary reducer can also be used to deal with the attenuation of the motor's low-speed control characteristics, because the control of the servo motor will be due to the decrease in speed, resulting in a certain degree of attenuation, especially in the stability of signal acquisition and current control at low speed, which is particularly simple to see, therefore, the six-side drilling manufacturers choose the deceleration function to make the motor have a higher speed.

Descent equipment cost:

From the concept of cost, it is assumed that 0.4kW AC servo motor to allocate the drive, need to consume a unit of equipment cost, 5KW AC servo motor to allocate the drive is necessary to consume 15 units of cost, but if 0.4KW servo motor and drive, allocate a group of reducers can reach the above-mentioned consumption of 15 units of cost to complete the matter. More than 50 percent savings in operating costs. Therefore, the user decides to choose the planetary gear reducer product according to its processing needs, in general, there are low speed, high torque, high power density occasions on the machine work, most of the choice of line.

The solution:

The choice of the plate may make us unable to change, but we can choose a good CNC woodworking opener, such as a CNC opener, the situation of edge collapse mainly appears in the push table saw and poor quality of the opener, the intelligent extension CNC opener will not appear because of equipment reasons.
