二：操作加工

1.检查刀具，接通电源，待机器运转正常后开始作业；

2.提前准备好要加工的木料，将加工木料放在机器平台上，按下气动开关，待夹紧木料后，向前匀速推进，加工完成后拉回，松开气动开关，取出木料；

3.按照要求加工一组，加工完成后检查榫头尺寸是否符合加工要求，并进行框试组，合格后再批量作业；

4.在加工过程中要做好安全工作，手不接近刀具，每二小时清扫一次现场。

5.作业结束，切断电源，清扫现场，并做好当班工作记录。

Two: operation processing
